These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Paddock & Paw Co. website at paddockandpawco.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. About us
Paddock & Paw Co. sells personalized dog ID harnesses. Our store is hosted on Shopify. You can reach us anytime at supportpaddockandpawco@gmail.com.
2. Using our website
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload anything harmful. We may update, change or remove any part of the site at any time.
3. Products and personalization
We do our best to show product colors, sizes and details accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen and sizes can vary slightly between batches. Please use our size guide before ordering.
Personalized patches are printed exactly as you enter them at checkout. Please check your dog's name and phone number carefully before placing your order. You confirm that you have the right to use any name and phone number you submit, and that they are not offensive or unlawful. We may refuse or cancel orders containing inappropriate text.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and may change without notice. Prices don't change for an order once it has been placed. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. If a pricing error is discovered after you order, we'll contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, payment fails or we suspect fraud). If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and our Perfect Fit Guarantee are set out in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
7. Safe use
Our harnesses are designed for walking and identification. Always supervise your dog, check the fit regularly, and stop using any item that is damaged. An ID patch helps people contact you if your dog goes missing, but it isn't a substitute for a microchip, registration tag or other identification required where you live.
8. Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review, photo or other content, you give us permission to display and share it on our website and social media in connection with our products. Please don't submit anything you don't have the right to share. Some reviews shown on our site were imported from our supplier's marketplace listing for the same product.
9. Intellectual property
The Paddock & Paw Co. name, logo, website design, text and images belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
10. Third-party links and services
Our site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment providers and review apps). We aren't responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
11. Your consumer rights and our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded, including any applicable consumer guarantees. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
